The Specialization in Social and Environmental Management offers its students the possibility of updating, deepening and perfecting the specialized knowledge of all types of university professionals who develop tasks related to processes of protection, conservation and adequate management of available resources at different geographic scales, with the mission of achieving the balance of the environment in all its components.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Graduates of the Specialization in Social and Environmental Management will be competent and rigorous professionals in the design and application of socio-environmental development models; in the elaboration and proposal of public policies in social and environmental matters; in the design, implementation and operation of projects for environmental management; in the planning, administration and evaluation of sustainable development projects, in the interaction between the public and private sectors; as well as in the design and application of environmental management models and systems.
